Motivation to work
Motivation has become a widely discussed topic in working environment. Importance of this concept is not only in the overall motivation process but also in the rewards which employees find encouraging.In order to keep employees interested, enthusiastic, and loyal to the company, the employer needs to provide them with rewards which will motivate them in continuous improvement.
Motivation comes from the Latin word movere which means „to move‟ and the definition within the work environment refers to “the willingness to exert high levels of effort toward organizational goals. Motivation basically reflects employees to maximize their performance by fulfilling goals and needs they value. The result of the workers‘ performance is highly dependent on his or her motivation.
