- it’s system of behavior, of morals, value of society, set of rules made by the representatives of society
- regulated behavior and if it violated, the state interfere good conseqences ( what follow…)

Relationships between law, morality and fairness
- people in societes have different views of what is right and what is fair, this is one of reasons why law is different in different countries
- in many areas of law, there is overlap between legal regulations and rules set forth by morality
FACTORS influencing the changes of law :
- LAW REFORM BODIES
They make official reports on the current status of law and make suggestions in order to change and improve the existing laws, e.g. LAW COMMISSION in England
- GOVERNMENT POLICY
Different political parties may have different opinions on various branches of law, especially in areas such as taxation, social welfare
- CHANGING VALUES IN SOCIETY
It normally reflects the values of this society and the process of changing of values usually influencences the law as well
- TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS
One of the major factors, new situations is indeed very strong, just the new law, new inventions lead to new laws, e.g. cloning, genetics
