For this project I have decided to choose topic, which is about competition of tourism enterprises in Turčianske Teplice. There are many reasons, which lead me to choose this topic. This time it is necessary for all enterprises to know about other companies in their surrounding. Each enterprise, which wants to be successful, has to be interested also in a competition situation.
In Turčianske Teplice there are many companies with a really good business basis, but they just do not know how to be competitive. They are offering us the same services with the same price, comparative products. It seems that owners of enterprises do not want to expand market-share. They are loosing not only profit, but also their customers.
I wanted to remit on these facts. In individual chapters I will describe a real situation of competition of tourism enterprises in Turčianske Teplice, positive or negative influence of competition and finally I will write about competitiveness.
