Biology Project (Water Lily, Eurasian Beaver and Electric Eel)

Project about three topics for biology: Water Lily, Eurasian Beaver and Electric Eel.

Water Lily
Water Lily is plant of fresh water, temperate areas and also tropical areas. We know around 70 species of water lilies. In Slovakia is water lily legally protected plant. Water lily blooms from June to August. Flowers are from 10-20cm wide. Flowers are opening only during sunny days and it also only for two or 7 days... 

Eurasian Beaver
First bones of beaver were found about 32 mil. years ago. This beavers were mostly like a bear, not like nowadays beavers. They were big as bear and around 200-300 kg weight. Nowadays bevers evolved around 7 mil. years ago. Nowadays is biggest mammal of its kind in Europe with weight around 30 kg. We know only two types of beavers.
