Hidden Advertising

All Slovak and the majority of world-wide televisions are living from advertising. There is almost anything wrong about it. Recently, there is a problem rising up concerning hidden advertising. When is it needed to speak about hidden advertising? Basically, when it is not properly marked and even though promotes some kind of product or service.

Improper marking of an advertisement is illegal, because people are misled due to the improper information added to the particular product or service. Basically, there is no information about the product, and it is not emerged as an advertisement. When people had seen a computer in the film from Steven Spielberg, where the mark of the computer was clear - HP for example, this is a product placement, what means hidden advertising.
