Employees represent essential for each business success. Therefore we have to be very careful about selecting appropriate persons to fill up our positions. Whole process from attracting applicants to get them hire is called staffing process. The staffing process is divided into a number of stages. First stage is recruiting. In this stage we want to: “identify and attract a pool of candidates, from which some will later be selected to receive employment offers.” (MILKOVICH, J. T. - BOUDREAU, J.
