Motivation (english)

INTRODUCTION

In this work, we devote in one of the most important manager´s skill called motivation. We meet with motivation in everyday life by fulfilling our needs, reaching personal goals or satisfaction.
In our work we come out from famous motivation theories published by well-known authors like A. Maslow, McGregor or F. Herzberg. It is the basic element for understanding the question why people should be motivated in their job and how can the motivation influence the whole result of company. With a word motivation, it is necessary remind the satisfaction.
We also mention some types of motivation at work and steps of motivating people.
