Enviromental problem (air pollution,water and soil pollution and the destruction of ecosystem)

People need air to breath,water to drink,food to eat and space to live. For milion of years the atmosphere,the hydrosphere,the litosphere and the biospehere have been in balance on the earth.The number of people on the earth is growing each year and making our enviromental problems worse.because we are polluting our enviroment.The main ones are air pollution,water and soil pollution and the destruction of ecosystem.

Water pollution of streams,rivers,lakes and oceans is spreading.Factories and industrial zones are built near rivers into which they put their chemical waste.The pollution can poison the water that people drink,but also kill and poison animals living in rivers and seas.Farmesr use a lot of pesticides and fertilizers(lajzers) which pollute the soil and can have bad effects on human health too.Factories produce large quantities of carbon dioxide,compounds of sulphur and nitrogen which get into air.In the atmosphere they mixes with water in clouds and acid rain is formed.Acid rain in lakes kills fish and destroys leaves on trees and other plants and gets also into soil.Then we use dangerous chemicals,freons in fridge or aerosols,sprajs.These damage the ozone layers(vrstva) and can also create ozone holes.When they appear harmful(skodlive) light from the sun reaches the earth and causes blidness and skin cancer but also give us a suntan.Scientists discovered that the ozone layer in the atmosphere over the antartic was missing.
